Dear Les,

I want to thank you and your staff for the outstanding work and the professional manner in which it was completed at my residence earlier this week.

As you know I had a Chandelier with a manufacturing defect hanging on to a retaining ring that was ready to fall from a height of six metres at any instant.

The result would have been thousands of dollars worth of damage not only to the Chandelier but also my Bamboo floor in which I have no doubt would have had to of been replaced if the Chandelier had come crashing down on it.

The very moment you arrived and assessed the situation and the ensuing consequences combined with the speed in which you gathered a four man team and scaffolding to fix the Chandelier is nothing short of staggering.

It is very pleasing from my point of view not only being the owner of the house your team were working but also as a Safety Manager for QLD and NT with a workforce of up to 5000 people, that you pulled people off jobs to prioritise my Chandelier as a matter of Safety first and to get the job done now attitude. The result being four people working on scaffolding repairing the retaining ring all within a couple of hours of you first entering the door.

Normally you only ever hear about the bad Tradesman and the poor quality of their work. I’m glad I can now tell the story of you and your team who saved the day at my house with a professional attitude and a view to safety that is second to none. My wife tells me you even dusted the Chandelier and replaced a light globe for her whilst you were up there, customer service as well.

Les, thank you for once again it was a pleasure to deal with such a professional team.
